CHRONIC OSTEOMEI-ITIS l)K THE ILNA—EXTENSIVE DESTRUCTION OF THE SHAFTWITH THE IRESENLE OF A LAUUE SECJUESTRUM. There is little or no swelling of the soft parts. The lighter shadow in the soft parts on the ulna side of the with its center lying opposite the space between the two fragmentsof the ulna, indicates the loss of substance in the soft parts and the posi-tion of the discharging sinus. The large sequestrum shows the extent of bone destruction. Natures effort at repair is seen in the presence of a new bone formation, starting from the ends of both fragments of the ulna.
