DETECTING DRUG ABUSE
Photo essay at the hospital of Meaux (77), France. Laboratory of biochemistry. Rapid test for the research of toxic in the urine (Syva RapidTest 4, Dade Behring). This immunochromatographic test enables to screen the presence of cannabis (THC, tetrahydrocannabinol), opiates (OPI), cocaine (COC) and amphetamines (AMP). The line C is the positive marker (presence of a pink line indicates that the test has worked properly). On this sample, the THC test is positive (absence of a pink line on the grid) and all the rest is negative.
