Lance Cpl. Jacob Baker, a cryptologic linguist with 3rd Radio Battalion (3rd RADBN), is presented a Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal by Lt. Col. William Osborne, the 3rd RADBN commanding officer, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Feb. 16, 2018. Three Marines, including Baker, conducted a late night search and rescue for a lost hiker back in January 2018.
