The Arthur Bell's Whiskey Distillery at Pitlochry Perthshire Tayside Scotland
A Finely balanced malt, rich and fruity whisky, blended and bottled from Blair Atholl, Scotland. Bells Scotch whisky was established in 1825 by Arthur Bell. Unlike most other blends, Bells Scotch Whisky has spent at least 8 years maturing. Bell's is a blend of some 35 malt and grain whiskeys from the Highlands, Islands and Lowlands of Scotland and the heart of which is the Blair Atholl malt, which are brought together to create an outstanding Scotch whiskey blend. In this particular blending we find the soft Lowland style represented by Glenkinchie, the classic Spey valley whiskies represented by Pittyvaich. The Highland style is represented by Inchgower, the Islands by Talisker and finally, just for good measure, a wee drop of reeky peat from Islay’s Caol Ila is added.
