External view of the crematorium building and chimney in the Camp Vught National Memorial, Vught, North Brabant, Netherlands.
In addition there is a small joint Christian and Jewish memorial here. Vught, near the city of 's-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch), was the site of the Herzogenbusch concentration camp, a transit/concentration camp built by Nazi Germany during its occupation of the Netherlands in World War II. The Camp Vught National Memorial (Nationaal Monument Kamp Vught ) is located on part of the former SS camp Konzentrationslager Herzogenbusch, also known as Camp Vught (January 1943 – September 1944).
