DEMUTH mi}£ %tz\fn&$mTp\) The Technograph, established in 1885 by the civil engineering students, hascontinued to grow until it is now the technical magazine for the entire College ofEngineering. It was formerly issued as an annual, but under a reorganization afew years ago, it became a quarterly. The Technograph is published by a boardof representatives from the various engineering societies. This board choosesthe editor and business manager, and determines in general the policy of thepublication. The greater part of the magazine is given to articles of a technical nature,written by undergraduates, alumni, members of the faculty, or people of authoritynot connected with the University. A department is given over to the notes ofactivities of the participating societies, and another to general notes of the Collegeof Engineering. The present policy of The
