Casier Young, a human resources specialist with the 147th, acting as a casualty as part of the combat lifesaver (CLS) course at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 16, 2021. The CLS course took place on an improved tactical training base during Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX). The 78th Training Division, in charge of this rotation of CSTX, intends for the exercise to prepare Army Reserve Soldiers for near-peer adversary environments.
