Air force Airman 1st Class Mical Gandulla, a food services journeyman with the 1st 1st Special Operations Force Support Squadron, prepares steak during the “Chef of the Quarter: Battle Royale” at the Reef Dining Facility on Dec. 12, 2018, at Hurlburt Field, Florida. Four teams of Air Commandos were given three hours to prepare, plate and serve an appetizer, entrée and dessert to a panel of judges, which included 1st Special Operations Wing leadership.
