Timothy Francis Clement-Jones, Baron Clement-Jones, CBE, FRSA (born 26 October 1949) is a Liberal Democrat Peer and their spokesman for the Digital Economy in the House of Lords. Dame Wendy Hall, DBE FRS FREng (born 25 October 1952) is the Regius Professor of Computer Science at the University of Southampton, England. Hall was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2000 Birthday Honours. She was promoted to Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) in the 2009 New Year Honours.[21][22][23] Hall also has honorary degrees from Oxford Brookes University, Glamorgan University, Cardiff University, and the University of Pretoria.[24] In 2000, she was elected a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering (FREng).[5] She is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS) (also serving as President) and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET). In 2002, she was appointed a Fellow of the City and Guilds (FCGI).
