A shooting districtabounding in beautiful coverts, the happiest stateof feeling exists, foxes and pheasants flourishingunder judicious management. Mr Smith-Bosanquetformerly held a mastership to the Cambridgeshire,from which pack he brought his present kennelhuntsman James Budd, and first whipper-in ^V Mr Smith Bosanquets Saucebox, 1910. The kennels are constructed of wood and iron,placed in the park near the seventeenth-centurymansion, most complete and healthy for 25 couplesof hounds. It is a pack with a well-bred appearance,carefully drafted for working qualities, and full ofmusic to make the big woodlands ring with the drafts that have been purchased aresmart typey bitches from the Atherstone, LordZetlands, and the Woodland Pytchley, full ofBelvoir blood, the wherewithal to breed a kennel.
