It is a threestory edifice with dome, construc-ted in the Italian Renaissance styleof architucture and has nearly twothousand windows. Every part ofthe wall, ceiling or floor betrays thetouch of the decorative artist. Onecan not appreciate this library un-less they visit it several times, aspaintings, mosaics and sculpture meetthe eye on every turn. This libraryhas the largest collection of strictlylaw books in the world. It includesthe most complete single collection.
