SEATTLE (Dec. 5, 2018) Fire Controlman 1st Class Nicholas Besheer and Billy Ray Brittain, Vigor Industrial Shipyard Safety Manager, are interviewed after receiving the Life Ring Award from Washington State Ferries. Besheer and Brittain received the award for their life-saving actions in November by performing CPR and using an automated external defibrillator on WSF employee Dave Bennet, who was suffering from cardiac arrest.
