Mahmoud Freihat during the first-ever change of responsibility ceremony for the JAF Sergeant Major of the Armed Forces on May 14, 2017, in Amman, Jordan. During the ceremony a charge was read outlining the professional responsibility of the Sergeant Major of the Armed Forces to be the senior enlisted representative of the JAF to the Chairman and to continue the professional development of the JAF NCO corps.
