A smaller cup was presented by Mrs. Macdougall, wife of the Adjutant-General of Militia, and, if won two years in succession, becomes the property of the winner; it was won last year by Lieutenant May, of the 36th (Peel) Battalion of Volunteer Militia of Ontario.
