Pesto made from wild garlic, Allium ursinum, that includes rapeseed oil, lemon juice and pine nuts. It has been used to make a linguine pasta dish which has been dotted with tomatoes. Parmesan cheese is often included in the pesto mix, but here it has been grated and added as a topping. Wild garlic plants are also known as ramsons.
