Lieutenant General Robert E. Cushman Jr., Commanding General, Third Marine Amphibious Force, examines a captured Soviet-made 37mm automatic anti-aircraft gun in the A Shau valley. This weapon was seized by soldiers from the First Cavalry Division during a sweep through the communist supply area.
