Hundreds of Muslims assemble at the mosque every day to offer prayers. However, during Friday congregation prayers, thousands of Muslims attend the prayers. The Jamia Masjid got damaged thrice in fire and was reconstructed every time. The last restoration was carried out during the reign of then ruler, Maharaja Pratap , May 23,2007
