Fore wing ochreous white; subbasal line indistinctly- double, dark, waved, frona costa to submedian fold; antemedial line represented by a curved dark bar from costa to median nervure and point on inner margin ; orbicular a black point; the reniform defined by brown and some black scales, small, hoop-shaped, open below; the postmedial area red-brown suffused with purplish grey, extend- ing to apex and tornus, its inner edge obliquely curved from costa to lower angle of cell round the reniform, then strongly incurved and with the blackish medial line on its inner edge; an oblique white striga from costa beyond middle followed by a triangular spot, the minutely dentate black postmedial line arising from its apex and strongly incurved below vein 4; subterminal line defined by slight somewhat dentate black marks on its inner edge, exeurved below vein 7 and at middle, then bent inwards and oblique to tornus; the ochreous white terminal area with slight brown marks on it; a terminal series of black striae except towards tornus ; cilia purplish grey with white patches at apex and middle and slight dark line through them. Hind wing greyish suffused with reddish brown; cilia white with a brown line at base; the underside ochreous white tinged with brown, a slight dark discoidal lunule and patch on costa with exeurved line from it to vein 3, Hah. , Arizona, Nogales (Oslar), 2 S type.
