Imperial War Museum Duxford, Cambridgeshire, UK. 4th Aug, 2020. Following a long period of closure due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus lockdown the museum re-opened its doors to visitors on 1 August. Today the museum held its first air display event – titled a Showcase Day. It was a pre-booked ticket-only event with greatly reduced visitor limit, and the visiting public had to comply with strict guidelines when entering the interior exhibits.
