Bobbin lace strip with a row of diamonds and a wavy scalloped edge, Bobbin lace strip: sling lace. The repeating pattern consists of a row of windows made of linen with an open center. At the top between the windows there are smaller windows in net stroke and at the bottom always an inverted v between successive windows, also made in net stroke. The motifs are connected to each other by a straw grid. The scallop edge consists of a wavy or zigzagging web made in linen with openwork edges. The top is finished straight.
