"Sęp" heavy bunker, Jastarnia Resistance Centre, Hel Fortified Area, Jastarnia, Poland

A heavy bunker for machine guns and atni-tank cannon at the main position of Jastarnia Resistance Centre. As the object was difficult to mask, and thus was highly probably it would be intensively bombarded by artillery, the reinforced concrete the bunker was built of was thicker than in othe Resistance Centre bunkers. Nevertheless, the bunker represented the same resistance class as other heavy objects of the Centre. The bunker blocked an open beach space, the second apart from the road, and the railway road, a convenient direction of a quick attack of armoured vehicles along the penisula.
