The ore appearsto occur as small veins of rich oxidised and secondary copper minerals inclay slate, and has considerable lateral extent. A concentrating mill, consisting of rockbreaker, rolls, jig, huddle, &c., wasin operation here at one time, but apparently with no more success than wasto be expected in attempting to treat
