From time to time a fewgood ones have come over, such as Idgit, who made aname for himself when owned by Colonel Rimingtonof the Inniskilling Dragoons, and Jess (Fig. 92), theproperty of Captain Renton, was good for a smallpony, though slow. In Australia, New Zealand, and Tasmania there area large number of well-bred galloping ponies, whichare essentially of English blood, and which differ butlittle from the home product. They are generally wellup to weight, and are coming into fashion enormously
