Presiding Officer Hugh O'Donnell and Garda Officer McHugh carry the ballot box to the island of Innishfree, County Donegal, Thursday, April 22, 2014 in the Irish Republic. The local home of Phil Currid was turned into a temporary Polling Station where Islanders Phil and Hans Schleweck formley of Stuttgart, Germany, cast their vote on the Donegal Island of Innishfree. The rest of Ireland will cast their votes tomorrow Friday May 23rd. A total of 2,131 people are registered to vote on 12 islands. In Donegal, where there are five islands, 753 people are entitled to vote.
