The UK's Southport Mad Dog 10k running race returns after a two-year Covid sabbatical, with a £250 reward for the best fancy dress outfit. A fun filled race around Southport's coast and promenade. The race takes place over two loops around Marine Lake. The event draws about 2500 athletes of all ages and levels of experience, and is a fantastic spectator event.
