Turkish fishing boats transfer live Tuna from a Purse Seine fishing net to a transport cage. Purse Seine fishing techniques catch entire shoals of Bluefin Tuna. Tuna Caught in the Eastern Mediterranean is towed alive in cages to Tuna Farms in the Western Med where it is fattened before being shipped to Japan for the Sushi Market.
