We have seen a very pretty chip hat, with cape ofbright June green ; the front has a broad, rich whiteribbon passed over it, at the top a knot, in which isplaced a light plume, which curls over the edge of thebrim, and forms a part of the bandeau ; bright greenleaves complete it.
