PENSACOLA, Fla. (September 28, 2018) Chief Operations Specialist Kim Meeks (right) renders Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) 2 Randy W. Smith his first salute as a commissioned officer. Smith was commissioned as an intelligence technician CWO during a ceremony at the Mustin Beach Officers Club onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. Both Meeks and Smith are assigned to the Center for Information Warfare Training.
