CHICAGO (June 12, 2021) – Board of Governors member, retired Lt. Cmdr. Jeff Gray, instructs Hyman G. Rickover Naval Academy Navy Junior ROTC cadets to charge into life during graduation ceremonies outside on the academy campus grounds, June 12. Eighty-six cadets graduated in a ceremony that was held in-person for the first time in more than a year due to COVID-19.
