Roe The interest in oratory and debating is increasing in Colorado Collegeand plans are being made to arrange for more intercollegiate debating. This spring we are to debate the University of Denver and the Uni-versity of Utah. The debate with the former will be held in this cityand will be the third annual debate with that institution. The latterdebate will be held in Salt Lake and will be our first debate with Utah. The Oratorical Association arranges for two important events duringcommencement week. The Freshman-Sophomore Declamation Contestis between picked men from the two lower classes. The prizes are goldwatch fobs. For the Junior-Senior Oratorical Contest Dean Parsonsoffered to raise a cash prize of fifty dollars for the winner of first placeand another of twenty-five dollars for the winner of second
