UNITED STATES - 02-28-20: Kelly Benefit Strategies Elite Cycling Team gets warmed up before the start of the super fast and technical stage two downtown criterium of the Tour of the Southern Highlands. The 3-day professional/elite junior & 3-day amateur cycling stage race takes place in the highlands of Northern Georgia in the cities of Woodstock and Ball Ground. The ToSH is a USA Cycling sanctioned Pro/Am with a full schedule, as well as a USA Junior National Team selection race and a championship distance ITT. Positioned at the end of February/early March, the ToSH is the only selection race east of the Rocky Mountains and attracts some of the nation’s top athletes in the sport.(Photo By Douglas Graham)
