The entrance to Safdarjung's Tomb in Delhi, India. The Mausoleum was built in 1754 in classic Mughal style architecture. Mirza Mudim Abul Mansur Khan, better known as Safdarjung, was a statesman and diplomat who served successive Mughal Emperors. He was the Governor of Oudh during the reign of the Mughal Emperor Muhammad Shah (1719 to 1748) and the Prime Minister during the reign of Ahmad Shah.
