Tipple has beenPresident of Drew TheologicalSemmary since 1912 and is thqauthor of several books ontheological subjects. Dr. Tipple graduated fromSyracuse University in 1884with the A. B. degree and fromDrew Seminary in 1887. In1885 Syracuse University con-ferred the A. M., in 1886 thePh. D., in 1899 the D. D. andin 1913 the LL. D. degrees up-on him.
