Jessie Sosa, a Special Air Missions Crew Chief with the 89th MXG/MXMA, performs a preflight check on the C-40 used to transport government officials and dignitaries at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Oct. 10, 2017. Long flight hours and loading heavy bags and gear onto the aircraft, in addition to long flights, have led Sosa to use Battlefield Acupuncture to treat his lower back pain.
