The question of defining the producting function of each state was raised, with the ruling of an Internationalbody. It was then asked what voice the ordinary man would have in this matter, which would cirtually affect individual jobs. The instructor said that we would have to accept whatever engagements the Government entered with other nations - after all, we elect the Government to do this job for us.
