Shawn Triggs, Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor Commanding Officer, addresses the media onboard Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii, Oct. 24, 2022. The media availability discussed the JTF-RH unpacking operation which will remove approximately one million gallons of fuel from three primary fuel pipelines connecting the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) to fuel points on JBPHH. JTF-RH was established by the Department of Defense to ensure the safe and expeditious defueling of the RHBFSF.
