The lake is re- markable for the summer scenery along its borders, and its health resorts are larg-ely patronized. Being domiciled at the St. Charles Hotel, about mv first introduction was to that affable gentleman, ite monument, as a tribute to that horse's immortal greatness:â ROBERT MCGREGOR Monarch of the Home Stretch Foaled 1871.
