I am aware that the lan-guage of the Book in regard to the de-sign of licensure is not changed in theproposed amendment, but it is broughtin, in such connection that either itswhole meaning is changed, or else itlooks to ordination after one yearscourse in the Seminary and trial of evil exists, but let us not remedyone evil with a far greater one.
