Bryan R. Dewey is presented a letter of appreciation from Capt. Greg Vinci, NAVFAC Washington commanding officer for retiring after more than 40 years of service. Dewey's career spanned the United States Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Air Force. His retirement ceremony was held at NAVFAC Washington headquarters on the Washington Navy Yard.
