Y.; in Flint, Mich., in 1856,and in Farmington, Mich., in 1859. Studied dentistry and beganpractice in Titusville, Pa., in 1S63. In 1868 he moved to James-town, N. Y., where he was married. In 1877 he sold out his finepractice, and engaged in the oil business in Bradford, Pa. In1890 he practiced dentistry in Denver, Col., and later moved toLos Angeles, where he now resides. Eleanor accompanied theHon. E. O. Crosby to Guatemala, Central America. He was theUnited States minister under President Lincoln, first term. was her stepmothers sister; they had no children: con-sequently Mrs. Crosby desired to take her for company. She hadjust passed her tenth birthday. She remained with them twoand a half years. She came home to resume her English studieshaving
