During the year 1913-14the 36 butter-making instructors previously mentioned held 195classes, the 39 poultry instructors 139 classes. The classes met in allcases two hours a day for five days each week for from two to fourweeks. The work is all practical. In the butter-making schools achurn is provided for every two girls.
