As Hurricane Florence made landfall, members of the Pennsylvania National Guard and the Pennsylvania Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team relocate from Joint Base McEntire, South Carolina to Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. Sending a CH-47F Chinooks and their UH-60 Blackhawks together with their flight crews and rescue technicians, this elite team is positioning itself to support the state of South Carolina for rapid helicopter rescue response.
