Besideswhich the Outer and Inner Auras seemed to becompletely amalgamated, since not the slightestsign of differentiation could be discerned. Be-low this disorganized portion, the Aura seemedto have regained its proper condition for a shortspace. Opposite the ilium, from the level of thecrest downwards, for about five inches, the Aurashowed a very similar state to that described,only less well marked.
