The Wenatchee Valley, due to hydropower dams up and down the Columbia River Valley, seems to have the cheapest price per unsubsidized kilowatt hour for electricity in the world. At just over 3 cents, Wenatchee is around 10 cents cheaper than the national American imagine the savings when the elctricity bill difference is 443%.
