My Assemblage is a delicious testament to my winemaking journey coming full circle. As a teenager I helped plant vines which went on to be owned by a famous Australian winery who I also worked for. I'm now making my own wine and I've come back to this old vineyard which I love and know so well. Generous juicy and full of flavour this wine craves savoury roasts and barbecues with good mates
