James Hayney portraying Abraham Lincoln at Naturalization Ceremony. On Thursday, June 20th, 2013, Harpers Ferry National Historical Park partnered with the Citizenship and Immigration Services, Pittsburgh Office to hold a naturalization ceremony in the park. Twenty candidates for citizenship took the oath and became American citizens. Actor James Hayney portrayed President Abraham Lincoln in order to deliver some remarks and read the Gettysburg Address.
