Virgilius Kolbeck, a visit board search and seizure team member, demonstrates proper boarding techniques in preparation for exercise Obangame Express 2018, March 20. Obangame will officially kick off on March 21, 2018, when nations begin real-world scenarios. For the next three days, African countries are preparing for the exercise by participating in training with maritime forces from around the world.
