Close-up of the red and inflamed scrotum in a 70 year old male patient with epididymo-orchitis in which the testicle and epididymis are infected. This condition is occurring in part with a septated hydrocele (accumulation of fluid in the scrotal sac) and two tunica albuginea cysts (small cysts which form in the fibrous tunica albuginea layer around the testis).
