A crowning achievement to an already illustrious career, the Society of American Military Engineers has bestowed the Urbahn Medal to Lt. Col. H. W. Hugh Darville during a special, virtual recognition session May 19, 2021. Named in honor of Max O. Urbahn, the medal is awarded annually to a licensed architect member of SAME for eminent and notable contributions in the field of architecture.
