CAMP PENDELTON, Calif. (March 13, 2019) Naval Construction Battalion 5 Seabees utilize a scraper to prepare the roadway foundation for a range road improvement project in order to improve the existing infrastructure on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton during Exercise Pacific Blitz 2019 (PacBlitz19). Working hand-in-hand, Navy expeditionary force and 1st Marine Logistics Group capabilities complement each other in the building of advanced naval bases. PacBlitz19 provides realistic, relevant training necessary for an effective global Navy and Marine Corps.
